When the door opens we all come into school chatting to our friends and saying good morning to our teachers.

Our assemblies at this time often focus on the Edinburgh Academy learner attributes. resilience, collaboration, independence, curiosity and creativity.

Language skills: here we learn how to use language creatively and to understand.

Music: when we are not learning the keyboard or the recorder we often sing or learn about composers.

Break-time is always fun at Edinburgh Academy.

Maths: we do Maths every day. Lots of it is fun and we are curious to learn more.

Social Subjects: here we learn lots about the world around us, now and how it came to be this way.

Lunch: we all sit together with our teachers.

Science: Science is great fun. In P4 we make volcanoes which really erupt.

PE: we do lots of sport in PE and also in P4 we start to have a whole afternoon of Games.
