Mark is the co-Founder and Managing Partner of an international Business Advisory firm, focused on strategy, organisational design and business transformation. Prior to this, he held senior management positions with HSBC and IBM, where he was predominately based in Asia. Appointed a GlobalScot in 2012, Mark continues to support International Trade & Investment advisory for the Scottish Government. In addition, he was appointed a Business Fellow of Strathclyde University in 2016.
Mark was educated at Edinburgh Academy and Strathclyde University. Having played rugby and cricket for Edinburgh Accies, he is past-Chairman of The Edinburgh Academical Football Club and a long-standing member of Bruntsfield Links Golfing Society.
