Kasper
Ephor – Head of Kinross
As Head of Kinross Division, my goal this year is simple but ambitious—to bring the Division Cup back to Kinross! I want to lead by example, motivating everyone in the division to get involved, give their best, and enjoy the spirit of competition that makes these events so special.
I first joined The Edinburgh Academy in Nursery at the age of four, and the school has been a huge part of my life ever since. Over the years, I’ve really come to appreciate the welcoming and supportive environment that defines the Academy. Whether it’s the teachers or the pupils, everyone genuinely looks out for one another, creating a place where you always feel safe and valued—and that sense of community is something I’ll always treasure.
My favourite subjects are Business Management, RMPS, and History. Looking ahead, I hope to study Business at university, as I’m fascinated by how organisations work and how leadership can inspire success.
My advice to anyone joining the Senior School would be to enjoy every single moment. Get involved in as much as you can, even if it means stepping outside your comfort zone. The Academy offers so many opportunities to try new things, meet new people, and build lasting memories. Time goes by faster than you think, so make the most of every opportunity—you won’t regret it.
