Sally is a solicitor with over 25 years experience in the financial sector. Her career has focused on corporate law (in London and Edinburgh) with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (largely in the listed sector) joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She has worked in corporate governance since 2011 providing strategic governance and regulatory advice to Board and Executive Committees. Sally has three children, all of whom are Academicals.
