Alan Robertson

Alan was educated at the Edinburgh Academy before studying Medicine at the University of Glasgow and then working as a junior doctor in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee. After completing his MD thesis at the University of Dundee in 2014 he spent a fellowship year in Melbourne (Australia) before returning to Scotland where he is now a Consultant Cardiologist/Electrophysiologist in NHS Tayside.
Alan has also undertaken a number of senior elected roles in the BMA. He is also a Co-Founder of the EKORA healthcare software used in many NHS boards.
